Golden Visa Spain is coming to an end
The Spanish government has announced its intention to eliminate the Golden Visa through real estate investments in April 2024, a measure motivated by the real estate crisis and the difficulty of accessing housing in the country.
Although the Senate vetoed the proposal, delaying its implementation, Congress can still override the veto and allow the law to go into effect before April 2025. Therefore, investors have a limited window of time to take advantage of this opportunity.
With the imminent end of the Golden Visa, it is essential that investors consider alternative and safe strategies to protect and expand their wealth in Europe.
