The ways to find high-performance technology professionals around the world will be presented at the event 'Attracting talent: Think globally and have access to the best technology professionals', which will take place on June 21, at 3 pm, at the Veiga Simão Auditorium, in Lispolis, Lisbon's technological hub.
Promoted by Martins Castro, the event is free and participants will have access to the 360IT methodology, a complete solution for the selection, hiring, regularization and mobility of foreign professionals in Portugal.
The CEO of Martins Castro, Renato Martins, explains that the purpose of the meeting is to discuss with businessmen, entrepreneurs and managers in the area of information technology (IT) about the new tools for attracting qualified professionals to the country. “The 360IT is our proposal to guarantee the perfect meeting between talent and the business universe. This is because we have established innovative criteria for locating talent and recruiting them. After this phase, we will act in the visa processes, issuance of documents and accommodation, until the end of the cycle, with the integration of professionals in the respective teams in Portugal”.
Considered a technology hub in Europe, Portugal has been experiencing a moment of expansion in the sector, with the growth in the number of unicorns and reference programs for companies and start-ups. But professional recruitment remains a challenge and there are studies that point to a shortage of around 800,000 IT professionals on the European continent.
Renato Martins clarifies that in a heated market, hiring rules change, because salaries and bonuses are no longer sufficient. The event will thus be “an opportunity for participants to get to know 360IT, which will guarantee companies greater agility and precision in hiring talent in the area of technology”.
