Who can obtain nationality via Sephardic means in 2024?

Six months after the update of the Portuguese Nationality Law, which provides for the obligation to reside for 3 years in Portugal to apply for citizenship through the Sephardic route, the regulation that makes this change official has not yet been published. This means that, to date, this rule is not in force and, therefore, It is still possible to apply for nationality without the residence requirement.
