New edition of moveTALKS will address details about the petition against the inertia of the Registry Office

The new edition of moveTALKS brings up a topic that mobilizes the Portuguese-descendant community: the public petition that puts pressure on the Registry Office to comply with deadlines in Portuguese nationality processes.
With thousands of signatures, this initiative has been gaining space in the press and opening an important debate on the rights of applicants.
At the June meeting, exclusively for clients, Martins Castro experts explain the legal basis of the petition, its impact, the next steps in Parliament and how this action can benefit those awaiting the conclusion of the process. Isabel Comte, a lawyer at Martins Castro, shares information directly from Portugal about this movement.
In addition, it will be a space to clarify doubts and understand how collective mobilization can generate effective changes. Don't miss out: keep an eye on your email to receive the invitation!
