An appeal for the preservation of historical justice.
Movements of descendants of Sephardic Jews have made a public appeal for the President do not enact the repealbut promote a technical and ethical review of the process.
The proposal aims to refine the criteria — such as strengthening genealogical verification and cultural ties with Portugal — without eliminating the gesture of historical reconciliation that this law represents.
