moveTALKS: Martins Castro clarifies doubts about changes to the Nationality Law

This edition of moveTALKS It was an opportunity to clarify practical questions and present legal strategies that ensure security in the nationality process. During the sessions, held in five different markets, clients were able to understand:
- How to initiate nationality applications for children, spouses and other family members;
- What may change with the changes under discussion in the Nationality Law;
- Why acting now can prevent the loss of this right, especially in the Sephardic way.
The proposals under debate in Parliament could restrict currently available pathways, requiring stricter requirements or eliminating the Sephardic route as an alternative. Therefore, Martins Castro experts emphasized that anticipating requests is the best way to protect families' rights.
